Our Story: Helping Homeowners Reclaim What's Rightfully Theirs
Built on trust, driven by purpose, and committed to recovering your funds
How Refundrix Began
"A letter from a friend sparked a mission to help thousands"
The Discovery
A couple of years ago on a warm June afternoon, I was going through the mail and saw an envelope with a letter from a high school friend. In the envelope was a lengthy newspaper article about foreclosure sales overages. Because it was my friend, an accomplished and smart city official, I assumed it was not a scam. I read it a couple of times and was intrigued.
The Investigation
The article was written by a Florida attorney with over a decade’s experience in tax overages and refunding substantial sums of money to foreclosed upon former homeowners. His firm, besides performing tax refund services, was offering an opportunity to join him in serving clients while earning continency fees. This was right up my alley! I had spent a career helping folks with financial and government challenges. This was a way to do even more. I set aside the article for a couple of weeks while I checked out the claims and the attorney’s background. Satisfied that the opportunity was legitimate, I applied.
The Preparation
I received a detailed study guide, an introduction to the career opportunity, and an application. My wife, always alert to scams, was skeptical but agreed to support me if it wasn't too costly. With her assurance, I went to work. Over the next two weeks, I chose a name, designed a logo, drafted a slogan, launched a webpage, opened a bank account, and filed all necessary incorporation and legal forms.
The Training
We were invited to a week-long training seminar in Orlando. Wow! The auditorium was electric with energy and enthusiasm. Lectures and presentations continued throughout the week with fast-paced information, guidance, and data packed with facts and figures. We could barely keep up, but we were supplied with workbooks, white papers, sample forms, and homework to capture everything we learned. It was exhilarating.
The Launch
We returned to Virginia and immediately began preparing legal documents, finalizing our website, and purchasing office equipment. We started auditing government records for foreclosure sales and tracing former homeowners. Our clientele quickly grew, and we launched our outreach. Today, we're ready to help you recover substantial sums of money that rightfully belong to you.
